CinemaSix suggestion

Sujal - In a future release of CinemaSix do you think you could take
MPEPPlayerApp's defintion out of main.cpp or move main to its own fil
? As time permits I want to extend MPEGPlayer to do additional things
like scroll a ticker at the bottom of the screen. I will need a main
that obviously instantiates my new class so I will need to modifiy
main.cpp with each release you do instead of ignoring the file with
main in it. I admit at this moment that is a trival exercise for me to
do but might not be in the future.

It's definitely something that I've been wanting to do :-)

I'll try to clean it up a little in the next release. Maybe it would be
cool if we could have plugins that could write to the screen and do things
like a ticker, caller-id, etc...
