You can download it at http://portlover.com/jukebox.roku/

Version 1.0.3:
-View songs by album, artist, genre, year and playlist
-View similar songs by year, artist, album and genre
-View album cover art image JPG (finally!)
-Configurable placement of cover art in song info screen
-Much faster movement between buttons and lists

Known Issues with current release:
-Needs a swapfile for music collections of thousands of songs
-'Scan' sometimes thinks there are new/updated music files even though there
aren't any
-Pressing 'EXIT' during the scan process will eventually crash MusicJukebox
-Needs an user interface for automatic playlist configuration
-Doesn't modify static playlists through the user interface (add song/delete
song)
-Doesn't display songs in any other order than alphabetical --- needs to
support ordering the list by last played, date added and most played

Hi Roy. Well I¹m stumped. I¹ve loaded your new version of Jukebox on a
512Mb CF card along with the swap file Roku posted on their site on the same
CF card. Nothing else on the card but these two items.

My music is contained in iTunes running on a computer across the room and
wirelessly networked to the Roku. I have several thousand songs, hence the
swap file. The computer mounts perfectly on the Roku, no prob.

When I instruct Jukebox to scan, it does so flawlessly, looking at every
folder in iTunes no crashes.

BUT when Jukebox finishes the scan, the Info screen reports 0 songs, 0
albums and 0 artists! What am I doing wrong?

Thanks,
Von

What format are your files in? Jukebox only supports MP3 so if you
encoded them as AAC or some other format it won't list them.

At this time only .MP3 (& .MPGA) files are supported. I am only supporting
that format for now, until Roku's SDK supports more formats. Make sure that
your files are MP3s.

Before anyone corrects me; Yes I know that Roku's SDK also supports .WAV
files. I didn't bother adding support for them as they do not have
information tags in them, so MusicJukebox would not be able to catalogue
them as nicely as MP3s.

What about AIFF? Apple somehow ads id3 tag info to them (move an AIFF
from one copy of iTunes to another and the cover art, and info goes
with it). I think we've had that discussion already, though.

Hi Roy. 98% MP3 files. Maybe I haven’t set up my Windows sharing properly,
but that doesn;t make sense give the fact that I can use the native Roku
player....
