I am so sick of this message. Please set your out of office so it does
not send to the entire list with every single message.

This makes me want to drop the list.

The list server could help by filtering messages with "I will be out of the
office" in the subject or body...

If someone knows how to configure outlook 2003 to not send OOO replies to a
specific address, please let me know.

In this case, I don't think he's using OOO, just has an autoreply set. If he
were using OOO it would only send one per address and would have 'Out of
Office Autoreply' in the subject.

I don't mind ignoring one message per person any more than I mind questions
about soundbridge or using a Mac. Let's not get to carried away... :)

With all due respect....

I am not upset about this - it reduces the value of the list if every
other message I get is regarding the same person being out of the office
for the past three weeks...

Don't bother responding back to this - I am going to drop the list to
make everyone's life even easier..

Who cares if it rains in vegas - I am inside spending money.. ;-)

Keith
